Hi! We have safely arrive in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday morning and immediately going off to Penang Island which is about 4 hours drive north for my 4 days mtg.

The trip to Iguazu Falls was fantastic. We really fall in love with the place. Will email you the photo soon.

Cano 14 Lodge is a very nice place to stay, clean and neat and the manager in-charge was very friendly - Trying to help us in whatever manner despite not able to communicate with us in English.

We communicate with the help of a dictionary that he brough along with him whenever he came to say hello to us?

The tour agent has done an excellent job as well. Very professional and friendly especially our tour guide – Adrian.

All in all, we are very happy with the services provided by you and the two of them. Will definitely recommended you all to my friends.

Overall: This was a fantastic experience ranging from rain forests, to cosmopolitan city, to glaciers. The sights were unique and fantastic and for the most part, the people we met were very interesting and engaging. Argentina is definitely a great destination, and I wonder what took me so long to get there.

The best metrics for performance are effectiveness and responsiveness under fire -- that is to say when things are going wrong.

We are grateful to you for quickly remediating the situation that developed around our cancelled flight in El Calafate. Watching the airline in action, I now better understand all of your cautions with respect to setting up our connecting flights.

Transfers: All of the transfers were accomplished effectively and courteously. The hotels were generally clean and comfortable. The two excursions in the Iguazu falls were both outstanding experiences. We all rated this 10 out of 10.

The excursions in El Calafate were also outstanding. The glacier walk was very well executed (my favorite).

The guides were knowledgeable and lots of fun. (10 out of 10). Likewise the 4X4 trip was well-done. (9 out of 10) We took another optional 4X4 in a smaller vehicle on our free day and that was also professionally executed and well-worth the time and expense (9 out of 10). . In all instances, the weather held up and it was exceptionally clear and windless. Absolutely fantastic.

Thanks for all your help Pablo. We all have returned to Canada and the Iguazu falls experience was excellent and we are all pleased that we took the trip.

We thought the Iguazu tour was excellent. The hotel (St George) was comfortable with a lovely pool and garden, a large, clean room, excellent restaurant and helpful staff. The transfers were on time, efficient and friendly. The two tour guides, Hector and Adrian were extremely professional and made our visit most enjoyable. We would recommend anybody to use your service. Thank you for a wonderful experience. The only issue was that the Aerolineas Argentina return flight was cancelled. However, we werre transferred to the LAN flight which was excellent. Regards

We had a wonderful time in Iguazu. Both the Brazil and the Argentina falls were amazing. The guides were very informative and interactive with the group. We had a great stay in Hotel Saint George as well. We availed the Spa services there and they were amazing. The hotel staff was very helpful. The jungle tour was very nice as well and we enjoyed the activities there. Overall our experience was fantastic. We enjoyed our trip very much. The falls were spectacular even though it poured rain all day.

The accommodation at the St George was very comfortable and the food is excellent. With the extra time in Iquazu Falls we were able to explore the town and enjoy the many excellent restaurants.

All the job you did was great. The VIP trip to Isla Victoria was nice. It was cold so nice to be warm and not crowded the whole trip. Good service.

FANTASTIC 'BUENA' very 'CONTENTA' The pick up and drop off vehicles, prompt and made it very easy. Half day tour including walk around La Boca, excellent Hotel Uthgra de las Luces, in the middle of all the sites and markets, fantastic our trip to Iguazu Falls, Apartment CANO LODGE, double room and guest room had 3 single beds, very nice, (limpia) as only 4 apartments and share a pool....able to walk to local shops and busy restaurant streets.....Falls/tour/ accomm perfect. Thank you, and hope you had a lovely Christmas. We had a fantastic time, and loved your country.
