Hi Ariel,

I just want to let you know that our group of four really enjoyed the three day-2 nigth tour package to the Iguazu Falls. All arrangements including transfers, hotel accommodation, and guided tours were well managed. We had taken the optional Iguazu River cruise and the boat ride at the Falls on the Argentina side. Both were enjoyable.

Pablo, we just returned from El Calafate. I wanted to tell you everything was wonderful. The hotel was lovely, well located, very clean and a nice restaurant. Your travel agency partner in that town took care of everything perfectly. The tours were wonderful, but today's Balconies tour by 4x4 was a highlight. If we have any complaint it is that the glaciers did not cooperate by calving for us, but I don't think you can do anything about that. Seriously, thank you for all of your assistance, it was a marvelous experience. I will be in touch for future planning when we return to Argentina.

I would like to inform that I went to Colonia del Sacramento Uruguay today and found the history very interesting.

Tomorrow I leave the lovely Howard Johnson and head for the cruise. Must say I have totally enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything about it is wonderful and the staff are excellent.

And thank you again Julieta for everything you have done, your organization was superb.

Keep in touch, perhaps one day I may get to welcome you to Auckland.

We booked travel, tours, and hotels through local operator Pablo Polito, 01 Argentina Travel Agency, for the week prior to the cruise. Pablo took care of all the details which included hotels, tours, transfers, and flights. He was clear, professional, provided appropriate information, billed easily and accurately and was very reliable. He even went out of his way to contact the representative from our cruise ship (all numbers including the ‘emergency contact’) Really we could not have been happier with the service provided by Pablo. The individuals providing services (tours and transfers) were exceptionally professional and prompt. There were no problems with flights or hotel bookings. Pablo understands customer service!!!

After a week of resting our life is back to normal. I just want to share with you a few comments from our recent trip in Argentina. Overall we were quite satisfied with all the excursions your agency had arranged for us, Argentina is a beautiful country and BAs is such a classic city, we enjoyed your food very much. We are now home after our wonderful visit to Argentina and Antarctica.

I just wanted to thank you very much for all your help with the planning of the land based part of our trip, everything went very smoothly.

Being met by Leo at the Airport on our arrival from the UK was great, he was a great help with advising us about the best places to exchange dollars and finding our way around BA.

We thought the Hotel was excellent. Each time we arrived our room was ready, which after an early arrival on a Sunday morning it was a great relief to be able to have a shower and crash out for a bit. Nothing was too much trouble, looking after luggage while we disappeared for a few days or weeks. The local area was great and we could have stayed longer if only to keep trying all the lovely local restaurants!

Iguazu was amazing and we enjoyed our stay very much in the Sheraton, well worth the extra for a falls view room.

Every pick up and transfer was on time with lovely local guides.

I had been warned by friends that one visit to Argentina would not be enough, so I am sure we will return again one day to explore more of this interesting country. Thank you once again, Kind regards
