all went well in my recent tour in Patagonia! the order of the tours also made lots of sense. the first day i went to the museum so that helped understanding glaciers. Second day I visited Los Glaciares National Park, Then Torres del Paine National Park in Chile and finally the last day the boat tour Rio de Hielos Express The hotel in BA for the night before the flight to US was very practical to go on time to the airport. got home about 24 hours ago - flights on time etc.

The transfers to and from the airports went without problemsI would especially commend the transfer person Leonardo (from EZE to hotel and from hotel to EZE). He was most friendly and entertained us with information about Buenos Aires. He was almost like a tour guide. The tour guides, especially Sophia, and Hector at Iguazu were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and caring for us two English speakers. The tours themselves were wonderful. Iguazu especially exceeded our expectations. The hotels were all staffed with great persons which made our stay that much more enjoyable. They also deserve commendations. In sum, we consider the trip to have been one of the best we have taken. 1. Esplendor Plaza Francia in Buenas Aires. It was a perfect location, and very nice hotel. Thank you for that recommendation. 2. Arranging our domestic flights through AEP was MUCH better than using EZE, especially using Esplendor Hotel. I really appreciated that you offered that option. 2. Arami Hotel in Iguazu was also very good. It was a 10 minute walk from the local bus station so Sandy and I were able to use the collectivo to see the falls independently for several hours the day we arrived in Puerto Iguazu, and stay later the day we went with Caracol. 3. Caracol was very professional as you had assured me. They were especially helpful crossing the border with Brazil.

The service by the local agency in Puerto Iguazu was outstanding. Our group of 8 was just the right size. Fernando = Brazilian side was especially good. We filled out the Survey at the end of the trip and complemented all their guides!!! [Plus we tipped them.]
Hotel Arami was most satisfactory and the staff was friendly and spoke very good English. They even put up with my attempts to speak Spanish!. Only drawback; when we had a 7:30 pickup, the night clerk would not let us beginning eating breakfast until the clock struck the appointed hour, even though the buffet was all set up :>(! This made us rush to meet the Guide :>(!! The breakfast buffet was excellent.
You can now buy the tickets on BOTH SIDES of the Falls with a VISA Credit card. The Wanda Mines will accept $5.00 US Dollars for their entrance fee as will the San Ignacio Ruins = $11.00 US Dollars.
Please tell your clients that fly into Rio {SDU Airport] there is a FREE tram just outside the Terminal that will take them to the Cruise Port. Luckly we found it and it saved us a US $35.00 taxi ride.
