Just to let you know that all your arrangements are excellent.

The transfer from airport (all sectors) were on time and those involved did a good job.

As for the Iguazu tour it was well arranged and everything went as planned. The coach ride from BA to Iguaza was comfortable.

We did enjoyed the holiday.

We are back to Malaysia. I will be contacting you at later date as I may arrangement a tour group to Buenos Aires in the near future.

Pablo, My son and I thought the entire Iguazu tour was well done. All the connections from airport to hotel, hotel to park and return were on-time and convenient. The guides were all very friendly and professional. My only suggestion would be that for the boat tour and the jungle tour people should be told ahead of time to wear bathing suits or appropriate clothing. Several of the people in the tours (us included) should have worn more appropriate clothing.

The tour was easily booked, we had much help with payments and recommendations. You were especially kind to recommend websites that would be useful to us during our time in BA. So from the start we felt we were given a very personalised service, which was very beneficial to us.

When arriving in El Calefate we were met by Paola, our tour guide. She greet us and explained our itineraries on the bus before taking us to our hostels. She was patient with our questions and also very helpful.

The tour of the P.Moreno Glacier was a wonderful experience never to be forgotten. My sister and I saw breathtaking views and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Again Paola did a magnificent job - bravo!

Anyway, those are my comments. Overall, we were very satisfied with the tour and hope to go the South of Argentina again to see more beauties like Moreno Glaciers.

Our tour of Iguazu Falls was great. Everything went very smoothly. The Hotel St. George was fancy and met our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our guide, Graciela, was excellent. We returned home just ahead of a snow storm here in New York. . Best regards.

The trip that you organised went so smoothly. The drivers who picked us up were always there on time and were very polite. The guides were very pleasant and helpful. The boy we had in Iguazu was more than helpful. Harry has a lot of trouble walking and is in much pain, and so Oscal pushed him in a wheel chair for the entire time we were on the Argentina side of the falls. The only downside to it was that Oscal did not talk much and so did not give us a lot of information even though we asked him questions. We were picked up early for our transfer to the Brazilian side by a very nice girl…Marisa and she was excellent. Very caring of my husband and took the walk slowly and told us all about the falls and the surrounds. We can’t find fault with any of the arrangements you had made or the company Caricole that looked after us. I will have no hesitation in recommending you and your company to any of my friends who are going to South America. Thank you for your service and best wishes…

Hello Pablo The trip you arranged was most enjoyable and everything was done as planned and with no problems. One of the best organized tours I have been on. We arranged to take the boat trip when we got there and that too was a highlight. The hotel was good. Over all you excelled in our estimation with good value.
