My group of seven persons wish to extend our sincerest appreciation to you and your Company for a well planned trip in Buenos Aires. We were indeed elated by our timely pick-ups at the airports and at the hotels for our tours. I believe that all our tour guides without exception were hand-picked for us as they were all outstanding very patient and very knowledgeable. Antonella for La Estancia and Gabriella for Iguazzu falls were perfect. All the drivers we interacted with were very courteous and helpful. We must also extend our gratitude to local agencies associated to you in Iguacu and in Buenos Aires.

Pablo, your choice of Hotels for us (Dazzler Maipu & Arami Lodge) could not have been better. We were centrally located in both hotels, walking distance from everywhere and of course we were provided with sumptuous breakfast.

Pablo, thanks to you, you made our vacation in Buenos Aires an unforgettable one. Memories of this will be forever etched on our minds. Of course we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you and your company to our families, friends and associates.

Just to let you know that we found Metropolitan Cathedral and attend Mass on our 1st day in Buenos Aires.

I just wanted to thank you for organizing our tour package to Iguazu Falls last week.

The Local Tour Company in Iguazu associated to your Travel Agency were absolutely wonderful. I usually don't do package tours, preferring to organize things myself, but I'll certainly be recommending you to everyone I know.

A staff member met us at the airport, the Arami Hotel was beautiful and their staff just wonderful. As we'd already checked out to do the day trip of the Argentina side of the Falls, they stored our luggage and even let us shower and use a room before catching our late night flight.

The local company in Iguazu always picked us up on time, had guides for the Park tours and we felt valued customers, not herded along like sheep as in some tours. I highly recommend your tour company because the staff were so friendly and helpful, we were treated extremely well and I want to thank you again for organizing this tour package for us.

We are back home in Montreal - the snow is melting and the temperature will be between 5C and 10C all week.

Mendoza was great - the local agency got us tickets to the big show of Vendimia in the amphitheater on Saturday night - it was outstanding - so many dancers and music and the beauty queens.

Pablo Thanks so much for organizing my tour to Iguazu Falls and for all your speedy responses to my questions. Today the driver brought my cap back !! I can't tell you how pleased I was since this cap had been with me almost all around the world. We had a great time at the Iguazu National Park in the Argentine side today. The weather cooperated 100% and only rained this morning when we were ready to go !! I will highly recommend you if any of my friends will be coming this part of the world. Hello Juan thanks for organizing an awesome two weeks in Argentina. Enjoyed all the travel itinerary since it was very well organized. Iguazu and El Calafate in Patagonia were my favorite tourist destinations in Argentina. All the hotels were very clean and well located. The pickup times for the tours and transfers were always on time and the drivers and tour guides were very friendly.

The tour guide Gabriel we had in Iguazu was one of the best ones I ever met. Please tell him that I will never forget the extraordinary experience we lived at the National Park.

Dear Ariel,

Today the tour to the ranch to take the Gaucho’s party was perfect....coach was at the lobby of our hotel at @ 9:45 and we spent a really good time at the ranch, the food was delicious and we were dropped off at the corner of our hotel when we get back to Buenos Aires. Fortunately the weather was great. BBQ delicious. 10 out of 10!! Saw a little what we missed out on yesterday during the city tour in Buenos Aires so hype to see that plus the famous cemetery of Recoleta. The dinner and Tango show in Esquina Carlos Gardel was very good as well.

Hi Pablo, I just wanted to let you know that we are on the last part of the arrangements you made, awaiting our ride to the port of Buenos Aires which is due in an hour. I wanted to tell you that everything went as you arranged, with all drivers picking us up on time and the Howard Johnson Hotel Boutique Recoleta upgraded us to a suite the second night. The falls were wonderful, and the trip was very much worth the cost. We want to thank you for doing such a great job arranging everything, and responding timely to all my questions. Thanks again for everything.

Hello Pablo, Just wanted to say everything in Iguazu went smoothly. We loved the hotel Arami and Lodge – very pleasant, helpful staff – and the tour of the falls. The highlight was the Iguazu Forest. Great tour guide and lots of fun.

Thanks a lot for organizing the tour to Iguazu Falls for me.

The hotel you booked me in Iguazu Arami Hotel and Lodge was excellent for the following reasons:

It is new and modern. The rooms are very queit so I have been able to sleep very well. Most rooms are right off the swimming pool so there.

Wi-Fi connection is free and I could work in my free time. Bathrooms are well organized and clean. Breakfast is adequate and abundant. Hotel is located close to some nice restaurants and the supermarket.

It is very clean really.

As for the tour of the Falls itself, it was well organized.I enjoyed very much visiting both sides of the Iguazu Falls in Argentina and Brazil this last weekend.

That is my feed back and I hope is useful for other passengers visiting Iguazu Falls with your Travel Agency.
