The flights and transfers worked perfectly. the hotel was nice - clean and a large room. The breakfast was excellent. Hotel was a little too far out of town to walk, and no information was provided by the hotel on bus services - times, numbers etc. We figured that out for ourselves. they provided use of computers in the lobby that was a nice extra. The park itself was amazing, very clean and eco friendly. They have done a great job of preserving the area by using the elevated cat walks and keeping people on the pathways to preserve the jungle. Overall, we were pleased with the tour. thank you for your help,

We are back from our South America trip, which led us through Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Brazil. The Iguazú section was perfectly organized thanks to 01Argentina Agency. Lots of thanks for changing our LAN flight in the last minute. That was a mean action from the airline. They did not offer me champagne for my birthday, but at least a second beer. Your sub-agent Caracol was very helpful and effective. I will certainly pick you as travel partner for my next journey to Argentina (perhaps Perito Moreno / El Chaltén ? ). I just got back yesterday , what a trip! I would like to thank you for ALL your recommendations in the planning of our stay in Iguazu. You were correct that both side of the falls needs to be seen. Our tour guide was fantastic! The flights & transfers were perfect. Our hotel was brilliant, it was everything I was looking for and more. It is definitely worth the extra cost. ( I am glad we did not stay at the St George hotel, too busy .) All in all, your expertise's have help us a lot and I will not hesitated to recommend you for assistance in planning stay in Argentina. I know I’ve taken a long time to write this email, but John and I would like to thank you both for all the help you gave us during, and after, our visit to Buenos Aires. The taxi worked out extremely well, even though our flight from Iguazu was late, and the driver picked us up in plenty of time the next morning. We had a lovely time and we’ll be sure to recommend your apartment to anyone travelling to Bs As. Also, could you please thank Pablo for me? We have safetly arrived to Buenos Aires yesterdy night. Trip was fantastic! Everything worked perfectly well. All transfers were on time, hotels good and programs in Iguazu, Ushuaia and Calafate very interesting . We enjoyed that part of our holidays very much ! Thank you for perfect organization. Trip was great to El Calafate. Very well organized. Everything clear (well explained) and on time. I liked the fact that it was a small group for both tours. The guide on the Perito Moreno tour was very good. She was very knowledgeable and gave lots of interesting info. Hotel was also good. The glaciers were spectacular, but you already knew that ? Overall we were very pleased, excellent service and well organized. Thanks again for your help

I started communicating with Pablo of 01argentina about a Buenos Aires and Iguazu Tour in November 2012. I found Pablo's enthusiasm and dedication to customer service exceptional. Unfortunately, due to a change in circumstances, I had to forgo the tour. Even though I didn't go on any trip, I found even the planning stage with 01argentina so wonderful that I believed I needed to share my appreciation of their services with this heart-felt recommendation. I shall surely be getting 01argentina to organize any future tours I have in South America.

Overall the tour was great! We are very pleased with the service that we received while we were in Puerto Iguazu as well as with the service that you provided to us in arranging the entire tour – it wasn’t easy to get everything arranged to suit our needs, but in the end, you were able to make it happen. Here are my specific comments: Airport Transfers: The transfers from and to the airport in Puerto Iguazu were excellent – they were waiting for us to arrive and right on time to take us back. Caracol even provided us with boarding passes for the return flight to Buenos Aires when they picked us up at the hotel. I cannot remember the person who was in charge of picking us up and returning us to the airport, but he vas very friendly, helpful, and courteous. He did a great job. Tours: We enjoyed the tour of Iguazu Falls very much. Our tour guide was Margarita – and she did a great job. Of course, the real star was the falls – they are incredible! We had an unforgettable day at the park – despite the fact that it was cool and cloudy most of the day. The forest tour was great fun too. Again, I cannot remember the name of our guide for this, but he was excellent as well. Everyone on the truck (mostly Argentines – we were the only Americans) mingled and got acquainted with each other and everyone enjoyed the rappelling and ziplines. As for the Wanda Mines tour, it was the least interesting, even though both my son and daughter are very interested in minerals and gems. There was not a whole lot to see of the mines themselves – basically just caves, though there was a lot of impressive gems and minerals in the shop. Also, our guide spent most of the tour talking to our daughter - in Spanish – which was not as helpful for everyone else, who speak only a little Spanish. Hotel: The Hotel St. George was very good. The rooms were nice – not exceptional (nor were we expecting them to be), but very clean and comfortable and perfectly suited to our needs. The staff was excellent – they were all very friendly and helpful. As you may remember, in order to get the rooms at the St. George, we had to include dinner both nights, but since we wanted to try one of the other restaurants in Puerto Iguazu, we traded one dinner for a lunch instead, which they were very happy to accommodate. We really enjoyed the location of the hotel – it was easy walking distance to things in town – shops, bank (ATM), etc. which we all appreciated. The only thing that we wished we could do was go swimming in their pool (it is very nice!), but the weather was a bit too cool for us to do that. That’s what we get for visiting during the winter, I suppose! All in all, we had an unforgettable time visiting Iguazu, and we appreciate your help in arranging everything for us.
