Hola Pablo,
I was planning to sent you a reaction but because of family circumstances I haven’t found time yet.
It was a great trip an everything was arranged perfectly. Of course it all was very short, since I arrived Saturday and left Sunday night, but that was my own wish.
The pickup in Iguazu was perfect. Everybody got his/her own travel plan with all the pickup times for the excursions and airport.
The first day I had the excursion to the Brazilian side of the falls. This was a nice excursion (I saw a beautiful Toekan-bird) I would have liked to do the helicopter ride and the guide said that there was time for that, but unfortunately the helicopters didn‘t fly that day.
The next day I had the full day excursion to the Argentina side of the falls. Unfortunately the weather was not so good. A lot of rain. Therefore the animals I hoped to see were hidden. The falls of course are very impressive and we had enough time to see everything and did some nice walks.
The rain stopped and the sun came out when we were in the bus leaving the park, so that was a shame.
Then I had to wait a few hours in Hotel Saint-George for my pickup to the airport. The hotel was great by the way, but I would have expected there to be FREE internet for guests. My flight left 50 minutes earlier then in the original plan, but that was OK because I would be in Buenos Aires earlier as well.
I went to the stand for Tienda Leon at the airport George Newberry and they told me I had to wait more than 30 minutes for a car. I wasn’t pleased about that since it was already very late at night and the Microtel Inn hotel was nearby. But in the end the car was there a lot quicker than 30 minutes so everything was OK again. The next morning I arrived early in the lounge for my pick-up to Ezeiza airport and as it turned out, the driver was also half an hour early because of traffic so I arrived in Ezeiza perfectly on time.
So that is the end of my trip summary. Thank you very much for arranging everything. In spite of the weather and the fact that I would have liked to see more wildlife, I am very glad that I extended my three week trip to Argentina with the Iguazu falls.
If I ever decide to visit South America again, I will surely consider your office for arranging the whole trip (instead of just the extension).

Hola Pablito! Yes , I an glad to tell you. Everything worked out just fine! Although the flight to Iguazu was delayed until later in the afternoon and I had to spend a long time in the airport. But that was ok because they did not ask me to pay any penalty for changing the ticket as I thought I would. All the transfers were on time and the guide at the falls was also very nice and did a very good job. His name was Horacio, a very nice young man. The hotel was also very nice. The falls were very beautiful and all my experience was very satisfying. want to thank you also for the very good job you did in making all the arrangements for me. I can assure you that I would recommend you to any of friends travelling over to Argentina – when I was doing all my research on our trip to Argentina you provided very promptly answers to all the question I asked. The tour guide himself was very very nice – I think as possibly the only English speaking guide available he had too much to do that day maybe.
Pablo – please be assured that we were very happy with your service. The hotel Days inn Casa del Sol was very nice, peaceful, quiet, good accommodation, restaurant good, swimming pool grounds great, good place for rest etc although they say busy on weekends. Found the old town of Colonia Uruguay fascinating and we think more access to that would be of greater interest to most tourists, especially the cafes and some good artificats in shops plus the churchs, handicraft market down near the water interesting. From a photographer’s point of view the light after 6pm is really good. I’d forget about the bullring!! Another time would stay as close to the old town as possible.
In closing Pablo again thanks very much for all your help and be assured we’d have no hesitation in recommending you to friends. Do hope the feedback is useful.
