Dear Pablo, We are now back in the UK where the weather is very cold.

I just wanted to write a short e-mail to thank you for the transfers and tours you arranged for us while we were in Buenos Aires.

Our BA City tour with Melissa (I am not sure if I have spelt her name correctly) was great.....we had a wonderful day and she was a wonderful guide. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to her and the driver for a great day.

We had a great time in Iguazu. The hotel was perfect and again our guide was wonderful. Even though we had a revised time table it worked out perfect for us. Michaela (not sure about the spelling again) was passionate about the rain forest and the falls and the all the wild life and as a result we had a great time. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to her too.

All our drivers were great and were had a wonderful evening at Señor Tango....a great table, good food and spectacular show...thank you Pablo for a memorable evening.

I have passed on you details to friends that are considering visiting BA because I know they will be in good hands.

Once again thank you for your help and guidance in organising our time in BA.

Many thanks to Pablo and his team for organising a great roundtrip for me across Argentina. They did that on a very short notice and with me wanting to have control over many details of the adventure. They managed to put together an agenda that allowed me to do the Buenos Aires - Iguazu - Salta - Bariloche - El Calafate - Buenos Aires route in 17 days. The itinerary was packed with good quality sightseeing tours and activities every step of the way, full of personal touch. Also, the logistics, including many domestic flights, airport transfers, hotel bookings, etc, were all neatly arranged. I would recommend this type of adventure to anyone who is after highly customized experience and who is ready to do lots of early mornings and many kilometres in exchange for breath-taking sceneries and sights from jungles to deserts to glaciers.

Just wanted to let you know that I got back to London from Argentina in one piece and I wanted to thank you for organizing this great trip for me on such a short notice! I really enjoyed it and left the country with some life-long memories.

I would clearly recommend your agency to my friends as well as I would choose to travel with you again in the future (on this point, pls let me know whether you or any of your colleagues who you trust professionally organize trips to other parts of South America)! The trip went very well, we were very lucky with the weather and the views were spectacular!!

One thing I would say about the boat ride under the falls for 450 Pesos is that they go right UNDER the falls and into them with gallons of water smashing against you, so that if you are unaware this will happen, you could almost drown as you are immersed in this unstoppable water jet for a bit too long for comfort...

Apart from that, I met some very nice people and town of Iguassu has a very nice, friendly feel to it.

The pick ups from airport/hotel went well...the hotel was friendly and helpful.

Next time I come, I would like to do a trip to Cordoba, Mendoza, Tucuman, Salta and Patagonia...maybe you have some itinerary suggestions and prices you could send me.

I am also interested in renting somewhere for about 6 months in Villa Gesell. I don't know if you know any Immobiliarien or locals there who provide safe accommodation with self-catering for a reasonable price? I'm planning to get a job teaching English.

Hello Pablo, yesterday we returned from this trip that you organized for us. We would like to thank you as everything had been just perfect. All the transfers were on time, all the excursions were excellent, both hotels were nice. As both of excursions in Ushuaia were on the same day we managed to do another tour which included dog sledding on the free day. Thanks again, you have really prepared holidays to enjoy! Now we are staying another ten days in Buenos Aires. The next time we will be in Argentina we will definitely contact you again if we plan to see some other places. Good Morning Pablo: We just arrived home a few days ago from the cruise. Both Jeanette and I want to thank you for the excellent service. We had a great time in Buenos Aries and Puerto Iguassu. The tours were really a high lite of our trip, everything went so smooth, and we did not have to worry about any transfers or where and what we were going to do. The Falls were just fantastic and the Tango show was very memorable. The "Jungle tour" the first day in Puerto Iguazou was great, although it was quite a shock when the tour guide said the first stop was Zip line and the third stop was repelling down a waterfall. Jeanette was a little nervous, but enjoyed it immensely. I would highly recommend your services to anyone that I know that will be travelling to Buenos Arie

We have been back in Canada for 2 weeks now. Have been very busy since returning with various things that demand attention after being away for 6 weeks. I wanted to give you some feedback about our visit to Argentina and South America. The arrangements you made for us in Buenos Aires and Iguazu were very good and I thank you for that. The trip to Iguazu was excellent. All transfers, air arrangements, guides, and hotel were as they should have been. The scenery of Iguazu was excellent and very enjoyable. The guides did a good job of picking us up and presenting it to us. Even the weather cooperated and it did not rain until we just finished the tour of the falls late in the afternoon of day 2. We watched it rain from the lounge of the hotel while we waited to be transferred to the airport. We went out to see some of the falls on our day of arrival and made the longer journey to the Devil's Throat on the second day. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if we could have taken a helicopter ride to see the falls from the air but we know that this was not available from the Argentine side and going to Brazil would have required a Visa and more time.

The BA excursions were good and we were especially pleased with the excursion to the Gardel Tango Palace for dinner and show. This show and the visit to Iguazu were two of the highlights of the entire trip and we will always remember them. The Palace did an excellent job, both of the meal and the dancing. The only excursion that was a little disappointing was the Gaucho Ranch visit. Because it had rained the night before, they were unable to demonstrate the horsemanship of the Gaucho riders for fear of injuring the horses so the program excluded this. However, coming from ranch country here in Calgary, we understand this. We did see the countryside however with the drive from BA and the meal and dancers that were presented to us were very good. The other two excursions were also good and we felt that we had a flavor for the City, the culture, the good and sometimes the not so good. We were able to purchase Pesos in several places including La Boca and our Hotel and some shops and received 10 pesos per dollar. While better exchange prices might have been available, we did not openly see them and we were happy with 10 Peso exchange which was certainly better than the offical rate of about 8. While we enjoyed BA very much we enjoyed Uruguay perhaps more for the two days we were there. Montevideo and the city of Punta del Este were excellent. We agreed that we could enjoy living there.

Our Cruise around South America went well and we saw many many sites as you would imagine over the 31 days of the cruise. It was very interesting and enjoyable.

So Pablo, I want to thank you again for the excellent job you did for us. Your promptness in replying to my many questions, your attention to customer service, and your honesty, were very professional and very much appreciated and we are truly grateful for your help and service. I sincerely wish that we could have hooked up in BA and met each other to enjoy some "bread and wine"! If there is any way that I can help you, be sure that I will. Perhaps I will have the opportunity to refer some customers to you in the future, and rest assured that I will without hesitation.
