I’m sorry I haven’t written sooner. Our group had a wonderful time in Iguazu. They were very happy with all of your services. They were disappointed that the moon walk was canceled but understood the circumstances. They were impressed that yourefunded the money for that tour as fast as you did. Hopefully more of our congregation will be making a trip to Argentina and I will definitely recommend that they too visit Iguazu Falls and we will book the tours through you. My trip to Puerto Iguazu went very well. Everything went as planned with the flights, the hotel, the transfers and the tours of the falls. I have to tell you that the hotel Jardins de Iguazu was excellent, the room impeccable, comfortable, and the buffet for the breakfast was delicious. It was a great choice! I was able to find good restaurants for the two nights. The two tours guides from the Caracol Turismo agency did a great job, especially Maria Smith the first day (Brazilian falls). Thank you very much for organising the tours in Patagonia Argentina and the Iguazu falls. It is a fantastic experience. The local tour organizers in all three places Iguazú, Ushuaia and El Calafate are good ,polite and took care of me as expected. Their cooperation is also very good and very well organised. The Hotels are also good and reasonable. The guides are also good. I have no hesitation to recommend you to my friends and colleagues in future. The places are fantastic and deserve tourism once in life time

Our tour in Santiago de Chile was great, our guide Julio is a gem and we all had fun with him. We appreciated his good nature and his ability to discuss a wide range of issues in response to the many different questions we asked! He was especially strong and with some depth on social problems facing us all. We also had a great time in Buenos Aires, Patagonia and Iguazu Falls. Thanks much for your help in organizing these tours for us.

Just got back from Argentina yesterday. Had a great time at Iguazzu Falls - the company there was great as were the guides. Even though I was the only english speaking person on some of the trails, the guides did make an effort to relay the information. Meet & greet at the airport was perfect. My guide on Friday (I don't remember his name), but he was most helpful and helped me connect with an earlier flight into BA.

It was extremely well organized, all went to plan & on time & our guide Marissa Durate was absolutely fantastic! She was so energetic, knowledgable, personable & had loads of charisma. We all were soo happy that we were fortunate enough to have her show us the Falls & all the help she gave us.

I wanted to drop you a note to thank you for all of your efforts to make our trip to BA and the falls a wonderful experience. It was tremendous! You have no idea how good it is to stumble off an airplane after hours in flight, make it thru customs etc and see a smiling face with your name on a card to be taken to the hotel! Everything you arranged was perfect.

Our guide at the Falls was great, all the transfers were on time. Perfect all the way. Be assured we will recommend the services of One Argentina to other! I would like to alert you to information that would have been helpful to know, that is the entry fee when you arrive in Argentina for US citizens $140 for each person is quite a surprise.
