The trip to Iguazu Falls was great . The flight was without a hitch. Transfers from and to the airport were on schedule and good quality vans. Trip to the falls was fabulous except for a bee sting. Had a great boat ride under the falls. Hotel was good quality with a great breakfast. Overall the trip was great and your service was very efficient.

I would like to compliment you and your travel agency on an outstanding job putting together exactly what our family wanted for this trip to Iguazu Falls. First, everything went smoothly from the flight to the pick up to all the staff at Hotel St. George. We were impressed with the professionalism of the driver who picked us it, the excellent service and number of English speaking staff at the Hotel St. George. We were extremely pleased with our tour guide Adrian who was knowledgeable and professional, engaging and interacted well with everyone in our family. He is one of the best tour guides I have ever met. Please commend him to your supervisors. He was excellent when he informed us that our flight was delayed and was able to communicate with all of you to get us on an earlier flight and get the taxi driver in Buenos Aires to come earlier to a different airport. He was efficient and professional.

Hola Pablo, Everything went well. It was comforting to see someone with a sign with my name on it when exiting the airport. It would be difficult to find someone to make a call to the local agency if there had been no one there. We liked the Saint George Hotel as it allowed us to walk around the town in our spare time. Some of the hotels that were serviced by the same airport shuttle were probably nice, but, were off the "beaten path", down unpaved roads. The best part of the experience was the guide for our day at the falls. Hector could not have been better. He showed us the map of the park and made excellent suggestions of how to do and see everything without having to stand in a long line waiting to take the train. We covered the upper trail, then the lower trail and when we went to take the train to visit the Devil's throat there was no line. All pickups were right on time. All drivers were polite and attentive. If we ever get to your part of the world again, we would not hesitate to book with you again.

The hotel was comfortable and the guides & drivers friendly and helpful You make a good point about the possibility of flight delays and it would certainly be unfortunate to schedule events so tightly that someone missed the main event. Again, our overall impression of the experience was favorable.
