Thank you very much once again in helping us to organize the holiday. We still keep very good memories about it. I think Richard and I agreed that we didn't question your services at all. You are the one who was always there for us, helping even during the weekends and trying to find the solution even when the question wasn't regarding your competence. The flight was ok, but there was a long delay as there was something wrong with the plane, so we didn't feel 100% comfortable to board it at the end. The Iguazu falls were and are superb of course! We truly enjoyed it! The activity trip to the jungle was awesome! The guides were thoughtful and literally everything was interesting. The boat trip was fast and comfortable. We wish you many sunny days and good tourists!

I am writing to thank you for arranging such a wonderful, wonderful trip for us. The price you quoted was so much less than what was quoted to us by our travel agent that I quite frankly had some doubts. No longer. Our trip has been fantastic. When we arrived in Buenos Aires, we exited at the left side of the baggage X-ray machines. There, in lights, was my husbands name! We entered a small office and the attendant called for our driver. A young woman came in and escorted us thru a huge maze of people holding signs and jostling for attention of all passengers, to our driver.

We went quickly thru the mess of traffic to our hotel where our room was waiting for us a 9 am. After our overnight flight we welcomed a warm shower. The boutique hotel 725 continental you picked for us is quiet, sparkling clean and very very nice. It is in a quiet business neighborhood, but only a couple of blocks from Florida street, and walking distance to Puerto Moderno. The tours you arrange in Buenos Aires were conducted by very professional tour guides, who were also fun. They came into the lobby of our hotel, called our name and were on time.

The transportation to the airport for our flight to Iguzau Falls was handled by Leonardo. He was as good a guide as many of the professionals. He was at the hotel at exactly 5:10 am. The hotel even arranged for us to have coffee and croissants before we left.

When we got to Iguazu a guide was once again waiting with a sign. There were others transported to other hotels in the same bus, however the driver handed each group a voucher, one at a time and explained each voucher to each group. It took a bit of time, but it made things much easier to understand. The Sheraton perfectly suits our objectives. It is in the park. We can walk to the falls. We can see the falls from the hotel, and hear them at the pool. We can enjoy nature and quiet.

The tours you arranged for us....wow. I'm not sure I would have done this on my own. First, we did the falls tour all day walking around the falls with a guide and a group. I think we could have figured out how to get around on our own, but the guides were very well informed and made getting around efficient. Plus, we met people from all over the world. The tour ended with the optional falls adventure boat ride, up to the falls three time to experience the awesome power of the water all around us, under the boat and the shower over us. We then sped back to a boat launch where we were met by a truck for the ride thru the jungle. Again, the tour guide was excellent. Today we did the forest tour. We did not exactly understand what this trip included. It was ZIP lining and repelling down a water fall. I did work up enough courage to do the zip line but passed on the water fall. The zip line was actually a lot of fun. The ride thru the jungle was also quite an experience. Today, after our tours we relaxed at the pool, then took the train back to the falls to enjoy the falls when the crowds were gone and the sun was shining on the front of the falls. Happily the wind was also blowing the mist towards Brazil, so we really enjoyed the views.

Tomorrow we are leaving to return to the 725 in Buenos Aires and the tango dinner you arranged for us. Thank you for the wonderful adventure. I will highly recommend your services to anyone. Awesome planning, awesome logistics and perfect execution. Thank you. Kind regards,

We arrived in Buenos Aires at 7.55 on Sunday, your wonderful driver was there to pick us up. We had no difficulty finding him as he was smart to wait away from the crowds. yes, it is a mad house going though customs.

The weather could be nicer but the weather is beyond our control...today we had the city tour with your company. The morning tour was raining so hard you could not see out the windows for the city tour, so I am extremely grateful that we will have the city tour with you.

Our guide was lovely and very nice. ....in the afternoon we have the Tigre River Cruise and tour. The girl Melissa asked if I was some sort of important agent from the states. Pablo you devil you........she too was great.

I shall post on the Internet next Saturday night for all that you have done so far when we get back from the falls. The people for next years cruises on cruise critic are waiting for my reports.

I LOVED Iguazu trip. Everything about it. I loved the hotel in BA. We really really enjoyed The Estancia I found the estancia very lovely, the entertainment was good and we really enjoyed the lunch. I would definitely do it again.

We are safely home after a very enjoyable trip. One or two problems particularly the cancelled flight at BA so that we did not get to Iguazu until 6pm but the local people were on hand to take us to Hotel. Difficult to find accurate infomation at BA airport had to recheck and did not know where our luggage was. The agent at Iguazu was excellent particularly the guide on the Brasil side (we called her Nadia) who took us to airport and right through check in. Delay in Rio with Air France but all in all very good. Thank you for your help, we would certainly recommend you to others

We had a wonderful time and a great two tours in Iguazu. The falls were just amazing. Our guide’s English was perfect. Day two we went on the forest trip. It wasn’t exactly what we expected (a walk in the jungle) but we thoroughly enjoyed the walk and the zip line tour. Again our guide had great language skills. Thanks again for all your help, too. It’s always scary arranging online tours, but everything worked perfectly from the pickup at the airport to our return back to the same airport! Sincerely,

The tour on Thursday to the falls was fabulous, spectacular and exhausting. Our guide, Oscar, took good care of all of us, making sure we got the instructions in English.

We cancelled the forest tour today because we did the truck/rainforest tour as part of our Great Adventure (which was so terrific and no one should miss). After the wonderful boat ride they take you thru the jungle by truck and give you a pretty complete idea of the ecology, with a tour guide showing the forest and animal life.

We were able to sleep a bit later today to get our energy back. The food here is quite good and certainly plentiful. And they are helpful with luggage storage after checkout.

width="108" height="19"> I want to express my sincere appreciation to you for the superb job you did in handling my Argentina vacation. Everything went off without a hitch and your transfers were flawless. In fact, our flight back from Iguazu Falls on 1 Feb was delayed by 2 hours but the transfer driver was still there to pick us up for travel to HJ Boutique, which by the way, was an excellent hotel.

If at any time you want to use we as a reference for future clients you might have, I will be happy to let them know of your trustworthiness and ability to make ones vacation a memorable experience. Thanks again for all the support you gave me and my wife.

I just wanted to get back to you and let you know what a great time we had in Iguazu. The Hotel St. George (new section) is fantastic! We only ate at the restaurant in the hotel, and it was very good also. All the staff at the hotel were very accommodating. My wife and I really enjoyed the tours, but I think that you may have to add some information to your sales package for this trip.

1) Recommend that on the forest tour, you do not wear any clothing that you would like to keep. Unfortunately, the red earth totally wrecked the clothing we had on. Had we known this, we could have worn different clothing that was disposable. Definitely not white or tan colour.

Other than that, the trip was great and we really enjoyed the falls.

Just a short note to thank you for organizing our trip. We really enjoyed our two days in Iguazu and everything went well and even got me up on the Zip liner not bad for an old bloke !!! The Grand Crucero Hotel was good and you could recommend it to any of your clients.
